My Hell.

Some peoples hell would be a paradise to others, it's a strange and beautiful world.

I'm sure that each and every element of this work has a meaning to you, most interesting.

this work is, as stickleback says, strangely beautiful. i can see now, having been told by you, where the Bosch influence comes in. having said that though, this also has a dark humour about it that Bosch doesn't. the girl on the trapeze for example.

wonderful, wonderful stuff.

Thank you guys! I'm blushing. I think my hell would be someone elses Paradise, true, and someones Paradise would be my hell. I have a lot of humour and I think, just like David Lynch, I use that in my artworks. I think, as an artist, you would just die inside if you didn't have a great sense of humour and some distance to yourself. If the humour is gone, then you are just a mad person with a dirty canvas.

The inner torment and raging madess has served a lot of artists through the years in the form of expressionism, which comes in all shapes and colours.
Ever artist needs some madness to feed from, sanity would only leave you with a blank clean canvas and an uninteresting sterile life.
I am sure from what I can see yours is not!

When you have a beautiful hell inside your heart, your life is pretty damn interesting ;).
