it seems as if i am the only one here that is familiar with neil gaiman's fantastic comic book series of the 90's, sandman.
what we have here are picture representatives of DREAM, his sister DEATH and also DESIRE.

I did think 'graphic novel', actually; but - no - I'm not familiar with Sandman. I grew up on Marvel. Comics have come a long way since then! Of course, Alan Moore lives a couple of miles up the road from me. Not seen him about thetown as yet; though I'm told he does wander about, and drinks in The Abington pub. I part company with him on the issue of Northampton being the centre of The Universe, however.

you really should try this series and even if you don't, you should really look into the art of dave mckean. he was, and still is, an artist that neil gaiman works with. his designs on the covers of 'sandman' are spectacular. beyond that though he really is an incredible artist.

are you telling me that Northampton really isn't the centre of the universe then?

if you were to grow a beard and squint a lot you might even look a little like alan moore!

I'll Google those bodies, CJ. Thanks.

Northampton is on the periphary, believe me.

I take your Alan Moore-look-a-like as a personal insult. I do often squint, and no-one has mentioned that before. I can't grow a beard either; as I'm on tablets to make your breasts larger.
